Face painting is a sure crowd pleaser for the young and young at heart. Depending on what's right for your event, our face painters can display a range of their designs or create unique custom designs on the spot.
Your guests can choose from a wide range of colors and designs, from favorites such as hearts, stars, flowers, rainbows, butterflies, masks, animals and dragons, to more exotic full face designs, including tigers, lions, and heroes.
Pricing:
30 minutes: $75.00
Hourly: $140.00
Travel: In addition to fees for services, a travel allowance of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per mile will be charged for appearances beyond a 10-mile radius.
Payment:Angel Bug accepts cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and credit card payments through PayPal.
Retainer: To reserve your date, equipment & entertainer, a non-refundable reservation fee equal to 25% of the amount of the approved invoice, or a minimum of $50 (whichever is greater), shall be due as Client understands and agrees that Angel Bug will not book other events during this time. In the event that Client cancels for any reason, Angel Bug shall suffer losses that are difficult to ascertain. As such, Client agrees that, in the event of cancellation by Client, the retainer shall be forfeited by Client and paid to Angel Bug as liquidated damages and not as a penalty. Client and Angel Bug agree that such amount is reasonable.
Cancellations: If your event in cancelled due to weather, we will do everything we can to accommodate rescheduling. If another date is not possible, your deposit will be refunded.
Q. Is it safe? What product do you use?
A. We use water-based, hypoallergenic professional grade paint. (Diamond FX, TAG, SillyFarm, FAB, Snazaroo, Wolfe, Paradise brands) They are all safe, cosmetic grade, non-toxic pigment that can be washed off with soap and water.
Q. What should the event planner provide for face painters? A. Face painters need to be set up out of the sun as the sun will melt the unused paint. We recommend that there be a shaded area to accommodate one 4' x 2' table and two folding chairs provided for our face painter.
Q. How do I decide how many face painters to hire for an event? A. A good rule of thumb is that it takes one to three minutes to paint simple designs while it takes about five to eight minutes for intricate designs.
