How safe is your jumper? Our jumper is engineered and certified by registered professional engineers at Magic Jump to meet and exceed all standards of The American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM).
Is adult supervision required? A waiver that stipulates that the unit be used under constant adult supervision will require your signature. All rules are clearly reviewed with clients at delivery of the jumper. The parent or guardian signs and initials the agreement/waiver at the time of delivery.
How much room do I need? A 15'w by 20'l area should be plenty of room. The area should be level, free of rocks, sticks, and piles, any sort of debris and contamination and any in-ground sprinkler systems should be shut off and not protruding. The unit is 15' tall
Who sets up the jumper? Angel Bug personnel will set up the inflatable bounce house and take it down when we come to pick it up.
How does the jumper unit stay inflated? Angel Bug sets up the unit and inflates the jumper with a fully enclosed blower motor unit that must stay on the entire time the bounce unit is being used. The design of the blower is such that no moving parts are exposed. This is a very important safety feature that you should take into account whenever considering inflatable entertainment. The blower unit must be located within 50 feet of an electrical outlet.
Do you require a deposit, when is payment due? Upon booking, Angel Bug requires a $50.00 non-refundable deposit by cash, check, money order, PayPal, or credit card through PayPal. Remainder of payment is due at the time the jumper is delivered.
Can I cancel my rental? Yes, you can cancel your rental - we appreciate a 72 hour notice of your cancellation. The $50 deposit is non-refundable.
What is the policy in case of rain or high wind? If the local weather is calling for a 30% or higher chance of rain, or winds of 20 mph or more on your reserved day and your unit has not been delivered, Angel Bug will contact you to cancel the reservation, you will be then asked to select another date for your bouncer. It is a safety hazard to utilize the jumper in the rain or in high winds. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THE BOUNCE HOUSE IS SET UP. If the bounce unit gets wet, everyone should exit the bounce and unplug the blower. THE JUMPER MUST NOT BE USED WHEN WET or WHEN WINDS ARE 20 MPH OR MORE. The jumper unit becomes very slippery and dangerous. Once the rain stops you can dry the unit with your towels and plug the blower back in to inflate the jumper.
Can a jumper be set up indoors? Yes, Our jumper can be set up inside or outside. You will need to have enough ceiling height to accommodate the unit (at least 17 feet). The unit must not be too near any hot lights, vents or any other fire hazard. Many commercial halls etc. will do just fine.
Can a jumper be set up on pavement? Yes, as long as the area is level and smooth, free of obstructions and debris and other structures. Please let us know prior to delivery what surface/environment the jumper will be on/in ahead of time so that we can bring the appropriate anchoring system.
Can I set up the jumper near my pool? No. The bounce unit must be set up a safe distance away from a pool or water front. We will evaluate the site to make sure it is safe.
How safe is Angel Bug's inflatable bounce house? Our inflatable bounce house is constructed with quality and safety in mind. Our unit has the ramp-step for a safe and easy entry/exit and is constructed from durable, lead-free vinyl and interlocking mesh which allows for easy viewing and minimizes the chances of getting entangled. Our unit is equipped with a non-removable list of rules. We also supply recommended guidelines for safe use and recommended number of children that should be allowed to use the unit at one time.
