Face painting is a sure crowd pleaser for the young and young at heart. Depending on what's right for your event, our face painters can display a range of their designs or create unique custom designs on the spot.
Your guests can choose from a wide range of colors and designs, from favorites such as hearts, stars, flowers, rainbows, butterflies, masks, animals and dragons, to more exotic full face designs, including tigers, lions, and heroes.
Pricing:
30 minutes: $65.00
1st hour: $130.00
Additional hours: $100.00
Travel: In addition to fees for services, a travel allowance of one dollar per mile will be charged for appearances beyond a 10-mile radius.
Payment:Angel Bug accepts cash, checks, PayPal, and credit card payments through PayPal.
Deposit: A deposit equivalent to 25% of the cost of the scheduled appearance confirms your date and time.
Cancellations: 50% of your deposit will be refunded for cancellations made a minimum of 10 days prior to your booking. No refunds for cancellations with less than 10 days notice.
Q. Is it safe? What product do you use?
A. We use Snazaroo & Kryolan paints and Lyra pencils, all safe, cosmetic grade, non-toxic pigment that can be washed off with soap and water or 'baby' wipes.
Q. What should the event planner provide for face painters? A. Face painters need to be set up out of the sun as the sun will melt the unused paint. We recommend that there be a table and two chairs provided for our face painter.
Q. How do I decide how many face painters to hire for an event? A. A good rule of thumb is that it takes one to three minutes to paint simple designs while it takes about five to eight minutes for full-face designs such as lions, tigers and super heroes.
